We process the name, email address, optional phone number, and message submitted through the contact form. If you apply through the “Join our team” form, we also process the education, experience, introduction, and LinkedIn profile link you choose to share. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we also process your email address, language, and consent status. Limited technical logs may be created to maintain service security.

Purpose of processing

We use this information to respond to enquiries, evaluate potential partnerships and job applications, operate the website securely, and send newsletter updates where you have explicitly subscribed.

Data sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by providers required to operate our hosting and email services, including Brevo for newsletter subscriptions and delivery, or disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

Data retention

Enquiries are retained for no longer than 24 months unless an established business relationship or legal obligation requires longer. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, subject to any limited records required to demonstrate compliance.

Cookies

The website does not currently use marketing or analytics cookies. It stores essential interface preferences in the browser, including language selection and whether the newsletter modal was dismissed. These values are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict its processing, or object to processing. You may also submit a complaint to the competent data protection authority.

Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
